Tiremax of North America has created this statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy of both the customer's information as well as our own. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for Tiremax.com.

Contact information from the "order form" may be used to ship the orders to the customers. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the customer for products and services.

The CarCareONE application form is managed and maintained by GE Card Services. Any and all data collected by GE Card Services is governed by the privacy policy of GE Card Services and not Tiremax of North America.

Any and all data collected by Credit First National Association is governed by the privacy policy of Credit First National Association and not Tiremax of North America.

Use of IP Addresses
We use the customer's IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website. The IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information.
