Explanation of the TIREMAX Road Hazard Plan If you have purchased the TIREMAX Road Hazard Plan on a tire that is covered by the TIREMAX Road Hazard Plan and it fails due to a defect or an unrepairable road hazard, and the tire still has legal tread (3/32") remaining across the tire, is less than 3 years from the original date of purchase, TIREMAX ® will replace it at no additional cost to you FREE. Under the below conditions TIREMAX will not prorate, will not consider disqualification for any reason such as run-on damage and TIREMAX ® will not perform any mileage adjustment.
